Description

 

Their name comes from the upright pose, which looks like a worshipping prayer.  Their are more than 2000 different species in the wild. They have a very aggressive lifestyle being able to grab an insect with it's long front legs in a fraction of a second.

Males are much smaller than the females. Insure that the female has eaten well before mating so she is less likely to eat the male!
