These Millipedes rarely have more than 240 legs!!! But then who would want more. These creepy crawleys must be handled with care as they have a protective fluid that is produced by glands on the sides of the body, they must be handled with care disposable gloves should be worn if handling is necessary. Although there should be little need to disturb them once they have settled in to their surroundings. They are easy to keep if you don't mind the unpleasant fluid, the occasional light misting and vegetable matter to feed on.
